Unfortunately, we weren't even served until we clearly drew attention to ourselves. The waitress then asked if we wanted sugar with our coffee. We said yes, but she forgot to bring it back to us ... terrible!

The service is catastrophic! In addition, they don't know the word cleanliness there. We had to leave the shop angry. We sat outside and waited 20 minutes for the waitress who never came. I had to go in myself to order. After 10 minutes the colleague came out to ask again what we wanted. I replied that I had already ordered from my colleague. She then cheekily replied “you haven't ordered anything” - “tell me again what you wanted, otherwise you won't get anything to eat today” - “the colleague has taken a break” pardon? Apparently they cannot communicate with each other (before you take the break) and the orders are still not passed on to the kitchen (after 10 minutes) Also, instead of apologizing about the circumstances, they talk disrespectfully and I am told "it's not my problem" and let us stand. Afterwards, my girlfriend and I left without eating. I have never experienced anything like it.

Very good cappuccino, the food is not bad either.

Very bad and rude waitress !! After waiting 15 minutes the waitress still did not come so that we could order our drinks, after we went to her to point out that we finally wanted to order, she ultimately served us unfriendly.

Lemonade and iced tea were delicious. However, overall relatively expensive.

great coffee, slow service

Was there for the first time today, you didn't have to wait long for the food, it also tasted good. Staff was friendly, all in all I liked it! Large selection, from breakfast to poke bowls, pasta, tarte flambée and more.

Toilets neglected and unappealing. Wine was not recommended, neither Riesling nor Chardonnay. Service very nice.

Have not eaten as well in a long time as in this restaurant. Service friendly and brisk.

Here you get everything your heart desires! From a healthy breakfast to a delicious tarte flambee. Also nice staff.

Excellent salads

Good place with tasty food and good service, BUT(!!!) when we came there was a pleasant music and in 1,5 hours the keeper of the place suddenly switched on a basketball game on TV over our head (very loudly!!!!) and when other guests asked to switch it off, he refused. A lot of people left, we also. Atmosphere is very important for me, that’s why my opinion spoiled very much. But waitresses and food are really good.

The condition was super nice and the food was delicious! But since you still can't pay with a card in 2020 and you also didn't get a voucher, you only received 3 stars.

Super great little shop, delicious food, very nice staff! What is just a little annoying is that the music has the atmosphere of a club ... what does it mean that you can hardly understand your neighbor ... you have to shout at it. For a star deduction - a shame. Otherwise top ???? and recommended!

Cozy place. Friendly staff.

I come here regularly to taste the Flammkuchen italienischer Art - a kind of rethinking Alsatian cuisine in the Italian way (Parma ham, arugula, tomatoes). Service is usually quick and attentive. The terrace is equipped with large umbrellas, which will not only protect from rain or heat, but also will not freeze in winter thanks to IR heaters.

From what I understand, this place has made certain changes. I have ordered Saksuka and was trying that for the first time. I loved it. Coffee was ok. I would recommend eating breakfast here, that worked for me.

Cozy cafe / bistro. Delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. In good weather, you can sit relaxed in the Fressgass'. The service is fast and always friendly. Delicious breakfast and great salads. Always my pleasure.

The place is really nice and cozy. There is also two outdoor spaces, one in front and another in the courtyard in the back of the restaurant. The back courtyard it's also covered, so even if it would rain, it is nice to be outdoor. The food is delicious and we came back twice in two days because we really like it. The only downside is that you CANNOT pay by credit or debit card and nobody tell you in advance. Whenever you go to pay, make sure to have the money otherwise you are force to leave your girlfriend as a hostage until you come back with the money (joking obviously, but that was the feeling). Beside that, everything was good.

Fresh juices here are really delicious and healthy. Be warned their quantities are really good. I'd suggest ordering one dish and asking for share plates.

Delicious food, and generous portions. This was my second visit to this and I again experienced this waitress who is not just unfriendly, but borderline aggressive. I noticed that there are more reviews pointing this out and the owners do not seem to care - that's fine, but prospective visitors should beware that you might end up being berated by somebody whose job is to provide service to you.

Great food and service

Dropped by for a bite and drink around midnight. The place was relatively empty and cozy and the food was really good. The waitresses were clearly overworked though and made a fuss when we asked for a second glass of tap water. Tell me that you don't offer tap water at the beginning instead of berating me like a child when another person on the table asks for tap water.... And what's the deal with not offering tap water anyways? How many cents does it cost to wash a glass that your restaurant cannot afford to show this kindness after I had a dish and two drinks?

Food was moderate. Stuff was moderate. Sadly no breakfast after 1200. But really nice place to sit down and have a brunch. they aren‘t accepting bitcoin yet

The pastrami sandwich, banana pancakes and chocolate soufle are delicious. Great little place in the city

We went here for brunch this morning. We ordered the simple pancakes and the Italian omelette. The food was good, however, the staff is quite unfriendly. The woman serving us was really slow, was not really interested and was in a really grumpy mood, so that dampened the atmosphere for us.

Good location, decent coffee, I had previously had a fairly nice flammekueche but the salmon bagel was pretty terrible. The whole thing was dripping with oil and the salmon had no flavour at all.

Good food. Awesome in spring and summer to sit outside and enjoy a drink or food and people watch.
